• The clan member name you would like to use. For example, the clan leader's name is Dogmeat.

• Your real first name. Last name is not required.

• Your location in which you live. No addresses; a simple San Fransisco, CA or Toronto, Canada will do.

• Your favorite games. Yes, the games in which you truly love to play the most.
